A lawyer since graduating from McGeorge School of Law in 1982,
Richard has represented personal injury clients since 1994. He spent
his first 12 years as a lawyer serving the City of Sacramento as a
Deputy City Attorney, where he tried one of the City's longest and most
publicized jury trials.
Richard is a Settlement Judge Pro Tem for the Sacramento Superior
Court. He also served for many years as an Arbitrator for the
Sacramento Superior Court. He is a former member of the Anthony M.
Kennedy chapter of the American Inns of Court.
A member of the Capitol City Trial Lawyers, Richard only represents
injured people and their loved ones.
Many lawyers became lawyers without ever living in the "real world."
Richard, however, has lots of life experience that he can draw on in
representing clients. For example, he understands motorcycles - he
rides a Ducati. He is a former working member of the several unions,
including the Carpenters Union.
