Who is Richard F. Antoine?

Richard has been a lawyer since 1982.
He is a 1982 graduate of McGeorge School of Law.  From
1982 to 1994, he served as a Deputy City Attorney for the
City of Sacramento, where he defended the City against
personal injury and other actions.

He is settlement pro tem (special judge) for the
Sacramento Superior Court.

Many lawyers become lawyers without ever living or
working in the "real world."  Richard, however, has lots
of life experience that he can draw on in representing
clients.  For example, he understands motorcycles and
how motorcycle accidents can happen- he rides one
himself.  He is a former working member of several
unions, including the Carpenters Union and Warehouse
Workers Union.  Richard has worked construction as
well as in factories and restaurants.  He understands the
day to day challenges faced by real people.
A Little About What We Do For You:

We only represent injured people and their loved ones.
We never represent insurance companies.
We keep your interests first.
We often resolve claims without litigation.
We go to trial only when it is beneficial to the client.
We keep our eye on your bottom line - that's what counts.
